XCT20 Truck Crane is an efficient, economic and applicable brand new product designed on basisof XCMG G generation R&D platform. With 3-axle self-made special chassis, 4-section boom, built-in double independent winch and power system with low speed and large torque, this crane has industry-leading lifting height, lifting capacity and working efficiency.

(1) 360° full slewing operation and powerful lifting performance
Optimized matching of whole crane according to multi-body dynamics is adopted, reasonable arrangement and optimum appliedforce.
With 4-section 'U'crosssection of boom adopted, boom length is 34m, jib length is 8.3m, leading in the high level of industry; With 5 jack equipped, 360° full slewing operation is realized.

(2) New energy-saving hydaulic system contributes to smooth manipulation, perfect fine control and high working efficiency
Exclusive matching throttle with compensation afterwards and load-sensitive technology results in the higher stability of the lowest system flow, more reasonable system rigidity, more outstanding fine control and smoothness. With double pump confluence of hoisting, elevating and telescoping, the working speedof main and auxiliary winch can reach135m/min, which improves the working efficiency greatly. The distribution of flow in actuators is more optimized when conducting compound movements and the working efficiency is more outstanding.

(3) Integrated PLC control system contributes to higher reliability of products and more convenient maintenance
Since the electric system is updated to PLC control system with new class cable harness ofhigh protection, the circuit branches become less owing to the cable harness branch design of various passages. Fault elimination in the bottom layer improves the reliability.

The combination design of controller, display and GPS integration with waterproof connector clips enhances the system reliability. With self-diagnosis functions of errorsin control system,the fault elimination becomes more convenient as well as the maintenance.
