Intelligent
program control provides accurate lubrication scheme for pumping system.It
provides lubricating point blockage monitoring , which can realize real-time
warning of faults and avoid secondary loss. Based on digitization concept, the
intelligent control system can monitor and store equipment’s running state in real
time, realize production reappearance and timely remind the equipment of
operation and maintenance.The controller and
local fault library based on port diagnosis function can accurately locate over
200 kinds of
faults,
thus saving troubleshooting time.

More Reliable Automatichigh/Low Pressure Switchover Technology
Initially
designed in the industry, high/low pressure use different circuits, with no
mutual interference and lower fault ratio.Slide valve
structure with large diameter is used to replace several cartridge valve
structure, thus producing less fault points, better maintainability and higher
reliability.Both high and low pressure circuits
adopt dual slide valve structure in series, and valve core is not involved in cylinder
switchover during the pumping/reversal pumping, so the centering spring has
lower fault ratio and system reliability is further promoted.
