XCMG official 0.8m road paver RP403 China full-hydraulic small crawler asphalt paver machine.

 

The RP403 paver is the first full-hydraulic small crawler asphalt paver in China. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive and electro-hydraulic automatic control, advanced technology and reliable performance.

 

The minimum width of the whole machine is only 1.8 meter, which is the smallest among domestic products. Due to its compact shape, it is widely used in large scale paving, including sidewalks, bike lanes, farm roads and small roads.

 

Advantages and features:

1.The machine is miniaturized, and the super small width of 1.8m fufills the construction work of the urban area and the roadway.

2.The paving width can be stepless adjusted from 0.8 meters (if installed with width limit device) to 4.5 meters, and is especially suitable for the maintenance of roads.

3.Configured with Deutz water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine, sufficient power reserve, good atomization of diesel, good economic performance, low noise, long life and wide application scope.

4.The powerful three phase alternator generator with management system, controls the power output of the corresponding paving width.

5.The generator adopts independent driving technology, which can be tumned on according to the working requirements.

6.The hydraulic system adopts the load sensing control technology to make the power output efficient and energy saving.

7.The hopper of 12t is designed to be wide, and can always store enough materials.

8.The two sides of the hopper can be folded separately, ensuring the stable material discharge during asymmetric paving.
